this condo has an amazing rooftop, and overall the rooms and layout are comfortable. it is suitable for both residence and investment. the whole area has been upgrade significantly, and the condo is right in front of the bts station. only 20 minutes to asok by bts, and the mrt yellow line connects with airport rail link which makes the place very conveniently located.

origin is thailand's leading real estate company. the growth came from the construction of condominium-type high-rise housing before. it received good feedback from the residents. in terms of quality materials used designing a site and room with functions that perfectly meet the needs of residents. the origin company has want to expand products to respond to fans and customer needs. by stepping into a low-rise project for the first time by launching the britannia srinakarin project with a functional home design that is modern and minimal with a british style scent. the first horizontal project was thus born. and received a good response to customers with a location that has potential, close to the bts, department stores and many amenities. this is a project that was launched and sold out in a short period of time.

convenient travel because the project is next to a main road in front there is a bus stop and the expressway. safety: there are security guards and officers taking care of every building 24 hours a day. inside the project there is a 7-11 store, a rice shop, a laundry shop. there is a food truck on sunday. the central area has a swimming pool. swimming, fitness, garden, multi-purpose room, all complete. near the project there are mega bangna, big c, thai watsadu, lotus and a private hospital.

do not rent condos here, especially 199/79. they charge a 70,000 deposit and we know of three different cases now where foreigner teachers from concordian have lost the entire deposit. our air conditioner was nearly 20 years old resulting in electricity bills of nearly 10,000 baht each month because they refused to replace it.

the project is under construction. but now, if you evaluate it visually, it's over 60 % complete, and i went to see the sample room. i fell in love with it here. the room is beautiful and modern. the functions in the room are complete. the common area is a full range, answering the needs of people who love staying at home like me. and interestingly, it's the different technologies that the developers have applied. very cool. in terms of location, it's excellent. it is right next to sri lasalle mrt, also convenient to get in the city and saves a lot of time.

750 meters walk to bts bearing. in front of the condo there are 7-11. the condo near imperial samrong, inside there is a big c and movie theater, an ice skating court(real ice playground). which can fit all your daily needs in there. 500 meters walk to the opposite of condo is st andrews international school. and bangna golf course is 2 kilometers away, not far as well.

i am interested in this place because of the price. the project is near pu chao bts station and big c. beautiful condo with full facilities, very nice swimming pool. the 2-bedroom unit is compact. the interior is divided into sections, looks modern, and the kitchen is separated with a sliding door and has small windows. get bright from natural light and can open for ventilation. very convenient for anyone who has or has no private cars because it is on sukhumvit road, which you can drive out easily or call a taxi, take a motorbike taxi, take a bus, including bts. great location.

this single-detached house meets the needs of those who love tranquility, luxury, good community, and quality neighbors. i bought a house at the city bangna km.7, staying with my family. i chose it here because of its proximity to various amenities. also, the project is designed and decorated in a simple luxury style and filled with in-house facilities. the communal area is also complete and perfect, including the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, communal garden, etc. besides, it is convenient and easy to get around because it is near bang na - chon buri expressway, or you can use the bts service to get bang na. it's considered easily accessible everywhere, including mega bangna, piyamin hospital, and suvarnabhumi airport. it's such convenient and accesses everything.

the condo here is suitable for people working or living in this area. the location is quiet. there is big c nearby. the project is located in the local community, making dining out easy. just a few steps, you can get to from pu chao bts. there are a motorcycle and a taxi service available all day. unfortunately, it is a bit far from the city. the room i live in is 1-bedroom, the interior is spacious with a complete set of furniture, materials are okay. the living area is proportioned. there are many facilities in the common area, such as a games room, a swimming pool, garden, relaxation area, fitness center, and more. i like the view at the pool at night. the city view is quiet and peaceful. the neighbors are nice too, but it's not recommend for tourists because it takes almost 1 hour to go the siam.

i bought this place because i wanted to stay in a quiet atmosphere. this condo is far from the crowded area in the city but still in a convenient location. from here, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the bts station, which is very close and affordable. the common facilities are clean, and there is a 7-eleven downstairs. the rooftop offers a stunning view of the chao phraya river curve. the rooms are a good size for 2 people, i suggest buying a room that is a little bigger if you need more space. but overall, it's worth it.
